Our regular customers get to know our team very well and build up a personal relationship with them. In turn, our staff will know the likes and dislikes of our regular customers, such as their favourite table and favourite menu choices. All this contributes to the unique family atmosphere within our luxury hotels in Devon and Cornwall, which our customers will often describe as feeling like a ‘home away from home’.
From day one, we encourage all our people to treat the business as if it were their own. We see all of our team as one big family, working together to give great service to our customers. Our people are exceptionally committed and are always putting their own ideas and suggestions forward on how we can improve the service at our hotels.

All of our managers have come up through the ranks and have learned the business from the ground up. We are very lucky to have such a talented team that we can promote from within. We have people in our business who first worked for us as students who are now managing hotels within our group. This helps to keep the character of all our hotels in line with the Brend family values.
