In the Concierge & Guest Services Standard, apprentices will learn:
- Local and regional information or where to access it along with the variety of services available to customers
- The process for procurement of additional products and services in order to meet customer needs and the business standards
- Procedures for room service and recognising the importance of following them
- To coordinate with suppliers of guest services and other organisations
- To promote services such as booking external or additional services
- To providing a link between the customer and all departments within the business

Progression:
You could continue on to the Management Academy and the Level 3 qualification, Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship or Team Leader, with a view to become a team leader in concierge and guest services.
