Apprentices will be expected to take and process reservations and negotiate rates, ensure reservations follow Brend Hotels procedures and policies for processing a booking. They will also support the team to plan events and offer the facilities of the hotel as per customer requirements.
30/40 hours per week
You can continue on to the Management Academy and the Level 3 qualification, Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship or Team Leader, with a view to become a reservations supervisor, progressing onto reservations manager.
