Choose from main dishes including lamb sirloin with wilted spinach, garlic and thyme fondant and poached baby pear, duo of West Country beef with slow-cooked feather blade of beef croquette and chargrilled beef and horseradish mash, and pan-fried stone bass with crushed peas and mini smoked fish pie. We also cater to vegetarians and vegans, with a sumptuous mushroom ravioli and a smoked vegan macaroni and cheese with a truffle and wild herb salad.
