to Leadership
With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ania is a valued and familiar member of the Brend Collection team, particularly at Saunton Sands Hotel in North Devon.
Ania began her career with the Brend Collection in 2008 at The Royal Duchy Hotel in Falmouth, where she developed a strong foundation by working across multiple departments, including housekeeping and the restaurant. In 2009, she moved to The Imperial Hotel in Banrstaple, continuing to build her expertise within the restaurant team.
In 2010, Ania joined Saunton Sands Hotel in North Devon, where she has remained ever since, progressing through a range of roles. Starting in the restaurant, she gained hands-on experience across all areas before advancing to Food and Beverage Manager. She later transitioned into her current role as Services Manager.
Today, Ania plays a key role in the day-to-day operations at Saunton Sands Hotel, overseeing housekeeping and operational services. Working closely with all departments, she ensures consistently high standards and an exceptional guest experience at one of North Devon’s leading coastal hotels.
