From waitress to GM
Núria Verger Guerrero is the General Manager at The Royal Duchy Hotel and a true success story within the team. Since moving from Spain in 2014, Núria has worked across various departments, specialising in food and beverage, where she began as a waitress. She quickly advanced to Restaurant Manager, became Operations Manager in 2021, and took over as General Manager in December 2023.
Her qualifications in human resources and law, combined with training from the Brend Collection, have shaped her leadership style. Known for her calm problem-solving approach, Núria is admired by her team, though she humorously admits singing isn’t her forte!
