As with all of our restaurants in our luxury hotels across Devon and Cornwall, Taste Brasserie’s menu[DS2] incorporates only the freshest and finest local ingredients. Whether it’s fresh fish and seafood from nearby St Ives, to succulent cuts of meat from West Country farms. The menu changes to reflect the seasons, but you can expect indulgent dishes such as harissa spiced rump of lamb, West Country roasted pork belly and Cornish lobster, as well as comfort dishes like our grilled halloumi, piquillo pepper and avocado burger, baked macaroni and cheese with Cornish crab or lobster and a selection of mouth-watering desserts. Taste Brasserie is housed in our spectacular Carlyon Bay Hotel, perched on the cliffs of Cornwall near the town of St Austell and the picturesque coastal village of Polperro. This enviable location will make your meal all the more memorable, and we’d be delighted to welcome you for a stay.
