The entire concept of The White Room was the vision of Head Chef, Stuart White. Stuart is a highly experienced and gifted chef who has worked in the industry honing his skills for more than 15 years. Stuart has worked at numerous luxury hotels and high-end restaurants in the South West. His wealth of experience has earned him the title of Head Chef and leads a team of 18 dedicated chefs.
