With a laid-back vibe and prime coastal setting, Beachside Grill is the sister restaurant to Saunton Sands Hotel. This contemporary venue is all about the food (and the views). Just a stone’s throw from the wild Atlantic Ocean, the restaurant offers a mouth-watering mix of dishes containing a selection of exquisite grilled meat dishes, salads and seafood. Please note, the Beachside Grill is closed during the winter. Please check their own website for the most up-to-date opening times and availability.
Delicious dishes hot off the grill
Beachside Grill serves only the freshest and finest local ingredients. The main menu, served from 11.30am to 9pm, offers a mouth-watering mix of dishes. Seafood lovers can indulge in a lobster bisque with black garlic mayo and fresh crusty bread, or fresh mussels cooked with cider, shallots, apple and cream. Adding a contemporary twist to classic seafood plates, Beachside Grill also serves whole seabass, either Thai-style or with lemon and garlic. If you’re craving a hearty dish, try our classic 28-day aged steaks. Vegetarians are catered for too, with a delicious falafel burger in a pretzel bun, grilled halloumi sandwiches and gourmet macaroni and cheese.

As with all the restaurants at our luxury hotels in Devon and Cornwall, Beachside Grill serves only the freshest and finest local ingredients. Seafood lovers can indulge in seafood risotto, or fresh mussels cooked with cider, shallots, apple and cream. If you’re craving a hearty dish, try our classic 28-day aged Exmoor steaks. Vegetarians and vegans are catered for too, with a delicious Moving Mountain Burger and Thai cauliflower ‘steak’. To accompany your meal, choose a glass or bottle of crisp wine from Beachside Grill’s extensive menu, or a refreshing local ale.
