The Restaurant
The two AA-Rosette winning restaurant with breathtaking views overlooking the picturesque Falmouth Bay and specialising in traditional British cuisine with a contemporary twist, served with locally-grown, seasonal ingredients.
The Terrace Lounge at Carlyon Bay Hotel

The Terrace Bar & Lounge
Enjoy great food in relaxed surroundings - the Terrace Lounge and Bar is the ideal choice for a light meal or informal dining. Comfortable and relaxed, the menu is extensive and includes popular Cornish seafood dishes such as local crab caught just a stone’s throw from the hotel in Falmouth Bay.
The Clubhouse
