Taste Brasserie
For dining with a contemporary style, your perfect choice is the Carlyon Bay Brasserie, ‘Taste of Cornwall’ in St Austell, Cornwall. With a menu designed and inspired by the Cornish favourites, Head Chef Simon Brown and his team take the very best local, fresh Cornish ingredients and create dishes that are simply magical.
